Method & source boundary
The browser reads only the locally published World Observer export. CelesTrak is contacted by the server-side collector, not by this page.
Methodology
The collector requests six explicit CelesTrak Current GP groups in OMM-keyword CSV: STATIONS, STARLINK, ONEWEB, GPS-OPS, GALILEO and CUBESAT. It caches one result per UTC day and performs no retries. On the first source error it stops the remaining queries for that run. No orbit propagation is performed.
